In the early morning… after insomnia

Good morning readers!
Well, it’s 5 a.m. and still yet I am awake. I hate a night of insomnia. It’s not something I look forward to at all.:( And fortunately, it happens a lot. I live there for hours just watching TV and hoping to fall sleep. Certain movies help sometimes. Last night though,nothing was helping, not anything I tried. Many of my doctors will tell me “well turn the TV off.” But, they have to understand, I live in a house12 people. I am constantly around noise. So, at night when the noise dies down, I use my TV as a soother to go to sleep. And it usually works. But especially lately, nothing works!
Any suggestions?
